Vacation Vouchers The tour operator will probably send you an email several days after your order has been processed. The email will contain all of the information about your trip, including the vouchers you will need to travel. Some tour operators still mail vouchers. Check the website to see which method your tour operator uses. Please make sure: All names are spelled correctly The departure airports and the arrival airports are the same as your original choice The hotel and category of room are correct If you purchased transportation or transportation was included in your package from the airport to your hotel, make sure it is listed Is the departure tax from your destination paid? The dates are correct If all of the information in the email is correct, this is your new e-ticket. Print out 2 copies and present one to the ticket agent at the airport. Keep the e-ticket handy. You’ll need it again when you reach your destination. The ticket agent will tag your checked luggage and present you with the air portion of your package. Look for the Apple Representative at your destination when you reach the airport lobby after retrieving your luggage. They will direct you to the transportation to your hotel. It’s a good idea to place one copy in your checked luggage as a back up just in case you lose the other copy. You can always check your email when you arrive and print out another copy if necessary. |
